I just got an order in of veal brisket, and fed it to Hunter last night. The bone is fantastic - soft and excellent for chewing. Hunter had no issues eating it. There is a good amount of fat for dogs that have issues keeping weight on, but not a lot of meat so when feeding it you'll need to add some extra muscle meat to balance it. All in all, however, it's an excellent raw meaty bone option and typically less than $1 a lb!

Anyone else feed brisket with success?

The only brisket I have ever fed is beef brisket, and it was boneless. It was huge and really fatty, but fine in small amounts. All of mine loved it.
