Hi all, my name is Erin. I am a college student who sorely misses my dog, next week is spring break so I get to see him soon thank heavens! I stumbled upon this forum when I did a google search trying to see how I can figure out the carbohydrate content of dog food, and I thought I'd join so I could be with some like minded people.
Anyways, my dog is Tucker, a 9 month old Chihuahua/something mix that we adopted in August. He is a high energy, smart little guy with a very terrier like personality. He's awesome, and naughty, and I love him.
I also have two Siamese cats named Neko and Willie who I adore, they are the best cats I've ever met. I also own Land Hermit Crabs (they are awesome), African Clawed Frogs, and a Leopard Gecko. I used to own gerbils but didn't replace my last pair after they passed since I couldn't bring them to college with me. As soon as I'm out of dorms I think I'll start up owning them again, I miss having rodents.
I love everything pet related, I love researching whatever I can about them and that includes food, so I hope I can learn some and share some here. Now how about some pictures:
