I'm switching my dogs to raw but won't be using bones. Can I use bone meal instead? I found some on amazon that is for pets, any idea how much to use? If you are wondering why I won't do bones, the little dog will try to swallow anything smaller then her head and the big dog won't eat them. He just get confused and leaves them lay, he has very weird food issues.

Feed bones entirely to big to swallow to the little one, and as for the big dog, try using a hammer or kitchen mallet to mash the bones to a bean bag consistency. As he gets better at chewing slowly back off the hammering. There are too many benefits from whole bone that's not in bone meal to not feed it.
