What do you guys use for cleaning your dogs ears? Is it best to make your own cleansing solution at home, or are vet/petstore brands ok? I use Nutrivet ear cleanse, but I was wondering what the best one is.

I've had pretty good results with zymox. For mild ear infections I dilute water with ACV (50/50) and flush twice a day.
I make my ear cleanser at home. This solution is the only one I have ever had success with and once I began to use it Duncan never had another ear infection. Ear infection free going on 1 1/2 years.....
