I'm a little confused by all the websites i've been looking at today - none really say specifically where to buy the meat - are we talking just the regular frozen meat in my local grocery store? And organ meat, where would i get that stuff? I'm a total newbie to raw but it seems like it'd be a good idea for my boy, he's a small dog, so he's got bad teeth.

Yes, mostly regular meat from your local grocery store. Many of us find small independend grocers who will order for us in bulk to get things cheaper. Organs like liver and kidney are available in a lot of stores as is heat which isn't an organ for nutritional purposes.
