There was a great deal on pork shoulder so I bought it. When I went to open the package, I noticed it was "smoked" so it was fully cooked, and the amount of sodium in it (1450 mgs/serving) would kill a horse. I got rid of it since I won't feed it to Cali, I won't give it to the food pantry.
Do you feed these grocery store smoked shoulders? Have you ever found "raw" pork shoulders? I have only come across the smoked ones.
