Mutty Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs poultry food product (ground turkey, chicken, etc...)
12 oz. cooked rice
8 oz. cooked chicken liver
4 cooked eggs
4 oz. cooked carrots
4 oz. cooked broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients, put in mini bread loaf pan, and cover with tin foil.
Bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This is good enough to sit down & eat right along with your dog!

I don't see why you couldn't go with ground beef. Or use half beef & half poultry which I sometimes do with my own meatloaf. I would use a meatloaf pan so any & all fat will drain out of it.

Let me know how your dog likes it.

I also have recipes for dogs with allergies that I got from a vet if anyone is interested. Be happy to post.

Glad your dogs liked it. This is pretty much what my dog gets except I don't throw it all together & bake it......I have it all in separate plastic containers & chop it up as I go to feed it. She's been doing so well since I took her off commercial & started to cook for her.

I still do give her a small amount of commercial kibble to mix in with her home cooked......I just like the idea of crunch instead of all soft food.

Took a while to get it all squared away so she doesn't lose or gain weight but we have it down to a science (ha!) now......at least sort of a science.
