Do they have an office you could go to and talk to someone? I'm sure they do. I would first look for that. Do you have a phone number for them?
I have a scrap story that has a little to do with what Leo said.Alot of places it's against regulations to just let meat or scrapes go from a processing plant, (people might actually try to eat that food) so if you show up and try to explain, and ask how its possible to make it work.
Don't phone. Go in person. If they won't sell you scraps, be prepaired to buy some cases of stuff. You should be able to get it at a good price. I would prefer cases of stuff over scraps just a little cheaper.Yea, I have a number for them, and they have an office.
