I got a a pack of assorted pork chops pretty cheap today. I was wondering if they were safe feed. My concern is that the bones are cut and there's some sharp edges. The other thing is that within the pork chop that are some parts of the bone that are fairly small. Are my concerns warranted or am I just being paranoid?

Thanks!

You are smart to look and see there might be a problem. Cut the meat off the main bone. It just takes a second. You can do many of them in a minute or two.

I don't remember what kind of dog you have but unless it's very small, don't worry about the small bone fragments in pork chops.

Thanks. I'll cut the meat off. He gets plenty on bony meals so I'm sure he won't miss it. He's a 14lb pug. He's a champ at handling bones, but these have nickle to quarter size bones in them so I think I'll just remove them to be safe.
