Add more chicken neck/back to the diet? They contain high bone content. If you want straight bone, all I know for sure is you want to avoid bones that hold a lot weight in an animal. They tend to be very dense and make it difficult and dangerous for your dog(s)'s teeth.

I'd say add in a couple of meals of something like chicken backs or necks (like Postal said) that are really bony every few days. That should help firm up!
