My 7 month old dog is eating the dog food called Authority Large Breed Puppy...could any one tell me if it is suitable? It seems like the higher quality dogfoods are hard for him to digest.

It's a very low-mid quality dog food. It has corn in it, and a lot of grains/fillers and not very much meat and the meat it does have is not very hight quality. There are certainly better brand out there your pup could be eating. What have you tried so far and what were his reactions to them?

If price is an issue, find a Costco and switch to their Kirkland Signature kibble - either lamb,rice and vegetables or chicken. For the price, you can't beat it.

There is corn, the corn gluten is just something to hold it together not good, beet pulp no good, the oils.
