I have 2 Shih Tzu puppy females

Bella is 9 weeks and weighs 3 lbs

Bailey is 11 weeks and weighs 4 lbs

Im feeding them Orijen puppy and want to know if im feeding them enough.

I have 2 small bowls for food but they seem to both try to eat out of the same one until each bowl is empty.

Im adding 1/4 of a cup to each bowl in the morning then in the evening, so each one is roughly getting 1/2 cup per day

Is this enough for them? Also give them 2-3 small treats per day usually after they go pee or poop outside.

I would say that's plenty of food. Just keep an eye on body condition and feed accordingly. If they seem to be losing weight, increase their food and vise versa. A tiny dog like that isn't going to require much food at all! I would suggest feeding them separately so you know that each one is getting their fair share.

Ok thanks, they just seem like they are still hungry sometimes after they finish and want more.

I will start feeding them in their kennels, should i give the older one a little bit more food then the younger one since she is 25% heavier?
